By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Primary Classroom sells digital educational resources for primary school teachers, created in Australia and aligned to the NSW syllabus.

2. Digital delivery

All products are digital files delivered by download link immediately after purchase. No physical product will be shipped. It is your responsibility to download and save your files. If a download link expires or fails, contact us and we will re-send it.

3. Licence — what you may do

Each purchase grants you a single-teacher licence. You may:

Download and save the files for your own use
Print and photocopy the resources for use with your own students
Use the resources in your own classroom, including displaying them on your classroom screen or interactive whiteboard
Upload the resources to a password-protected learning platform (e.g. Google Classroom, Seesaw) accessible only by your own students

4. Licence — what you may not do

You may not:

Share, email, or distribute the files to other teachers, schools, or anyone else
Upload the resources to any public website, shared school drive, or resource-sharing platform
Sell, sublicence, or redistribute the resources in any form, whether original or modified
Use the resources, in whole or in part, to create products for sale or free distribution
Claim the resources as your own work or remove copyright/branding

If colleagues would like to use a resource, please direct them to purchase their own licence. School-wide or multi-teacher licences may be available on request — contact us.

5. Intellectual property

All resources, including their text, design, and layout, remain the intellectual property of The Primary Classroom and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a resource transfers a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under that law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, The Primary Classroom is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our resources. Resources are provided as teaching materials; you are responsible for assessing their suitability for your students.
