We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our resources are made for teachers, and this website is intended for adults.

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the store work:
Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders and payments
Flodesk — our email platform, which stores subscriber names and email addresses and sends our emails
Analytics providers — such as Google, to help us understand website traffic
These providers may store information on servers located outside Australia (including in the United States). Where information is held overseas, we rely on the safeguards these providers have in place; by providing your information, you consent to this transfer.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. Emails and unsubscribing
If you subscribe to our email list — including by requesting a free resource — you will receive that resource plus occasional emails from The Primary Classroom. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Unsubscribing does not affect emails we need to send you about an order you have placed.

Purchases made through our Teachers Pay Teachers store are handled by TPT under TPT's own privacy policy. This policy covers only theprimaryclassroom.com.
