Because our resources are digital and delivered for instant download, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to be genuinely happy with your resource. If something isn't right — a broken download link, a file that won't open, or a resource that isn't what was described — please contact us first. We'll always work with you to fix it, replace the file, or make it right.
